3 . Custom Vibratory Bowl Feeders :
A vibratory bowl feeder is a type of automated equipment widely used in industrial production lines, designed to transport parts to specified locations in a directional and sequential manner.
A Japanese electronic equipment manufacturer sought to install automated equipment on its production line for conveying various shims. Due to the small size and diverse shapes of the shims, manual sequencing was time-consuming and prone to errors. Therefore, the company partnered with us to customize vibratory bowl feeders as its automated feeding solution.
The customer’s key requirements were that the vibratory bowl feeders could handle shims of different sizes and materials, while ensuring accurate transportation to the corresponding locations.
